JOIZI came to us back in 2017 looking for a way to improve and simplify their fulfilment process. Before our partnership, the internal team were spending hours each day on orders and delivery with no external support.

JOIZI'S challenges

By focusing on integrations with marketplaces and platforms such as Shopify and Amazon, we were able to simplify the customer ordering process. In turn, this gave the brand back their freedom, with a complete overview of order data and tracking from our warehouse system.
Simplifying the ordering process whilst integrating with multiple channels was easy with our cloud-based system. JOIZI made it clear that customer satisfaction was their top priority. To honour this we made sure to provide ongoing IT and customer service support.
